Roma striker Tammy Abraham took to social media to vent his frustration for a yellow card that will push him to the sidelines against Inter: ‘I was the one blocked and fouled.’
The English striker collected his fifth yellow card this season against Bologna, meaning he will be suspended when Inter visit the Giallorossi at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.
Luca Pairetto showed him the yellow card for what appeared to be an accidental collision with Bologna midfielder Mattias Svanberg on the stroke of half-time.
Abraham had protested during the game and vented his frustration on social media after the final whistle.
He posted the video of the incident on an Instagram story and wrote: ‘I received a yellow card and miss the next game for this…when I was the one blocked and fouled.’
Abraham joined Roma from Chelsea on a permanent €40m deal over the summer and has scored four goals in 15 Serie A games.
