Arturo Vidal laughs off Leonardo Bonucci’s comments that Inter only won the Scudetto because Juventus made mistakes. ‘We’ll see this year who is the best.’
The midfielder was in the Juve squad when their winning streak began and then helped to end it as part of Antonio Conte’s Inter last season.
Bianconeri defender Bonucci caused controversy when he suggested Inter won the Scudetto largely because Juve made mistakes rather than being the better team.
“Hahaha,” replied Vidal on Mediaset Infinity.
“Well they have the chance to try again. We’ll see this year on the pitch who is the best.”
The two teams face off this weekend in Serie A, after Inter took top spot last term and Juve scraped fourth from Napoli in the final round.
The Chilean was on target in last night’s 3-1 Champions League win over Sheriff Tiraspol at San Siro.
“This is the real Vidal. It was tough for me last season, as I arrived late and so didn’t have pre-season training. Now I am happy and 100 per cent fit.
“We had a rough start in the Champions League last year too, but now we’ve got our first win and must continue like this, improving various issues.”

Insert stupid comments from non Juventini. Leo is right, for 9 seasons in a row Juve were the most consistent team, winning games vs bigger clubs but more importantly not dropping points to lower table teams. Last season they didn’t and Inter did. At the end of the year you don’t win a title, you lose one.
The guy who wants to see Inter in C, well dream on. I did see juve in B though in real life 🙂 enjoyable.
According to Bonucci, then because Milan sucked they won also 9 titles…. that works both ways
