Former Italy boss Azeglio Vicini has warned Milan to not underestimate Napoli in the Scudetto race.

The Rossoneri took a massive step towards the title with a 3-0 win over rivals Inter last weekend, but the second-placed Azzurri are just three points behind the San Siro giants.

"The distance between Milan and Napoli is small," Vicini, who bossed Italy at Euro '88 and Italia '90, stated.

"Napoli need to continue doing well, but they still have a very good chance of taking the Scudetto," he added.

"The Rossoneri are favourites, but Napoli can fight until the very end thanks to their great enthusiasm and the goals of Edinson Cavani."

Napoli travel to Bologna this weekend, while the Milanese giants have a tricky test at Fiorentina to overcome.
