According to Il Sole 24 Ore, Tifosy Ltd, a sport consulting firm co-founded by Gianluca Vialli is helping BC Partners in its negotiations to buy a stake in Inter.

The private equity fund has reportedly started an analysis of the financial situation of Inter  and according to Il Sole 24 Ore they have consulted Tifosy Ltd, a British firm co-founded by former Chelsea and Juventus striker Gianluca Vialli.

According to Il Sole 24 Ore, Tifosy Ltd, a sport consulting firm co-founded by Gianluca Vialli is helping BC Partners in its negotiations to buy a stake in Inter.

The private equity fund has reportedly started an analysis of the financial situation of Inter  and according to Il Sole 24 Ore they have consulted Tifosy Ltd, a British firm co-founded by former Chelsea and Juventus striker Gianluca Vialli.

Tifosy Ltd provides “owners, management and investors in sports with industry-specific and best-in-class M&A and capital raising advisory services,” the firm states in its official website.

According to the report, Tifosy has been acting as a consultant on the possible acquisition of Inter’s stakes by BC Partners.

Former Juventus CFO Marco Re and the other co-owner Fausto Zanetton are reportedly helping the head of BC Partners Nikos Stathopoulos in the negotiations.
