Marco Verratti praised Italy boss Antonio Conte as “the best Coach I have ever worked with.”
The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is expected to be in the squad for upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers against Azerbaijan on October 10 and Norway on October 13.
“I believe Conte is the best Coach I have ever worked with,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“He is a tactician who really focuses on the details and knows absolutely everything about his opponents.

“This is why it takes a little while to really understand what he’s asking of us. Having Conte as Coach is a big advantage for all of us in the Italy squad.”
Conte will release his call-ups for the two games this evening.
Verratti has worked with Zdenek Zeman at Pescara, plus Carlo Ancelotti and Laurent Blanc at Paris Saint-Germain.
