The former Inter youngster has played 17 games in Serie B this term and is a current Under-21 international in Italy, capped twice by the Azzurrini.
Pellegri is another one for the future, but the 19-year-old left Genoa on a €20.9m transfer to Monaco in January 2018 and has scored once in six Ligue 1 appearances for the Rogue et Blancs.
This term, he has not featured for the French club and could be heading back to Italy, with Verona as a possible destination, according to Schira.
Pellegri scored three goals in nine Serie A games for the Rossoblu before his move to France, his first coming against Roma on May 28, 2017.
