Hellas Verona are expecting to make a massive profit on Cameroon international Jackson Tchatchoua, selling to Everton for circa €8m.

The right-back only made the move to the Stadio Bentegodi last summer on loan from Belgian side Royal Charleroi Sporting Club with an option to buy, which they activated for a total of €3m.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, they can now almost triple that money with a sale to Premier League side Everton.

Director of sport Sean Sogliano has revitalised Verona’s finances over the last few months with a series of profitable deals and this could be one of his masterpieces.

Hellas Verona got best out of Tchatchoua

Tchatchoua turns 23 in September and plays as a right-back, but can also work in a more advanced role or on the left flank.

He has two senior caps for Cameroon and made 27 appearances for Hellas Verona last season between Serie A and the Coppa Italia, contributing two assists.
