Matias Vecino has been left out of Fiorentina’s friendly against Sporting CP after Stefano Pioli essentially confirmed the midfielder’s transfer to Inter.
Pioli felt Inter had made “a great signing” in Vecino, despite there being no official confirmation of his switch, and the Uruguayan is not part of the 23-man squad that will face Sporting on Saturday.
