Tottenham midfielder Rafael Van Der Vaart has been passed fit to face Milan in the first leg of tonight's Champions League knock out tie.

The Holland international was absent from Spurs' 2-1 win against Sunderland on Saturday after picking up a calf strain.

Tottenham will be without Luka Modric and perhaps even more importantly star winger Gareth Bale.
