“The attitude of the team is different, there is great unity and determination, all elements we cannot lack at this stage of the season, when every ball can be decisive,” Vagnati told Sky Sport Italia.
Belotti’s contract is due to expire in June 2022 and negotiations are in full swing for an extension, although the striker is inevitably reconsidering his career path.
“I don’t want every interview to turn into questions on Belotti’s contract. We’ve said many times that he is a fundamental player for Torino, we want to continue the rapport with him.
“We’ll sit down with him and try to take a step towards him to address any issues or requirements our captain might have.”
