Roma full-back Matias Vina and Juventus midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur have suffered injuries while playing for Uruguay in the World Cup Qualifiers.
Jose Mourinho has worries at left-back after new signing Vina had to be substituted after 71 minutes against Peru.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Vina struggled with muscle discomfort and will be examined by the national team’s medical staff within the next two days.
The player remains in Uruguay, but the Giallorossi worry he will miss out against Sassuolo after the international break.
El Observador reports Juventus midfielder Bentancur also suffered an injury against Peru after he had to be substituted after 71 minutes.
The 24-year-old has played both Serie A games with Juventus so far this term but is uncertain for the match against Napoli after the break.
Matias Vecino impressed in the 1-1 draw with Peru last night, as Uruguay prepare to face Bolivia on Monday in the South American World Cup Qualifiers.
