All the outstanding fixtures have now been played, there are no more asterisks and Inter are 12 points clear of Juventus at the top of the Serie A table, while Atalanta and Napoli remain in the European race.
Several Week 21 games were postponed due to the Supercoppa Italiana, which was played by Inter, Napoli, Lazio and Fiorentina in Saudi Arabia in January.
All those matches have now been played, so all 20 teams in Serie A have completed 26 rounds.
Inter extended their lead at the top of the table to 12 points ahead of second-placed Juventus, having lost only one game all season to Sassuolo.
Meanwhile, Bologna hold on to fourth place and are two clear of Atalanta in fifth, with Roma just two points behind La Dea.
Napoli crushed Sassuolo 6-1 this evening to take them up to 40 points, on a par with Lazio in joint eighth position.
They are now eight points behind fourth-placed Bologna, but with the expanded format and current form, it is entirely possible fifth will also secure entry into the Champions League next season.
Down in the drop zone, Sassuolo are now confirmed in the bottom four, level on 20 points with Hellas Verona and Cagliari.
