The former Netherlands has been heavily reported as Massimiliano Allegri's potential successor at San Siro.
But the Associazione Italiana Allenatori Calcio [Italian Football Managers' Association] chief has insisted that the 37-year-old won't be allowed to take charge of the Rossoneri.
“Seedorf can't coach in Serie A,” he told Rai Sport. “The license that he's taking with the Dutch FA doesn't have any value in Italy.
“Seedorf can only be an assistant coach in Italy with the current license that he's taking with the Dutch FA.”
