It’s a fascinating all-Italian Europa League quarter-final showdown between Milan’s Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao and Roma’s Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku.

It kicks off at San Siro at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game, Liverpool-Atalanta and Viktoria Plzen-Fiorentina on the LIVEBLOG.

The draw means at least one Italian team will be in the semi-final of the Europa League and it is the first time these two clubs have met in a UEFA tournament.

When Milan won 3-1 here in January, it was still Jose Mourinho on the bench, but Daniele De Rossi has transformed his team.

Both are forced into changes, as Fikayo Tomori and Evan Ndicka are suspended, while Dean Huijsen is ineligible for this competition, with Sardar Azmoun, Pierre Kalulu and Tommaso Pobega injured.

Malick Thiaw is chosen ahead of Simon Kjaer in Milan’s defence, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek returning after his Serie A ban, pushing Christian Pulisic back to his usual spot on the right, supporting Rafael Leao and Giroud.

Roma give Chris Smalling only his second start since September and it is his season debut in Europe.

Leonardo Spinazzola gets the nod at left-back, with Zeki Celik given the task of facing Leao and Theo Hernandez.

Dybala and Lukaku are supported by Lorenzo Pellegrini and ex-Milan man Stephan El Shaarawy.

Roma have not beaten Milan at all since October 2019, managing just three draws and six defeats.

Their last victory at San Siro was in October 2017, followed by two stalemates (3-3 and 2-2 thrillers) and four losses.
