UEFA has announced the official dates of the five preliminary rounds for the 2020-21 edition of the Europa League.
Next season’s preliminary rounds will be determined with a single leg, due to the ongoing 2019-20 season and ‘to avoid the impact on the club’s potentially involved in both phases of the competition’.
Napoli are already through to the group stages after winning the Coppa Italia, but Milan or Rome could start their journey in the second round of the qualifiers.
Preliminary round: August 20
