Swedish midfielder Melker Hallberg has joined Hammarby until the end of the season, with the 20-year-old having made just four Serie A appearances since arriving in 2014.

Another 20-year-old, Lucas Evangelista will spend the rest of the season in Greece with Panathinaikos, while 22-year-old Nicolas Alonso Lopez has joined Nacional in Uruguay until 2017.

At the more experienced end of the scale, 24-year-old Emanuel Insua Zapata has moved to Newell’s Old Boys on loan with the right of redemption, and 29-year-old Marquinho has been loaned to Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli.
