The Stadio Friuli outfit, who have qualified for the Champions League, are expected to sell a couple of big name players this summer.
Midfielder Gokhan Inler is wanted by Napoli and Juventus, amongst many other European sides.
Star attacker Alexis Sanchez, valued at €35m, will also be sold with Inter and Barcelona leading that particular chase.
Handanovic has been paired with Roma, Manchester United, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid in recent months.
