Udinese are active on the transfer market, signing Destiny Udogie, close to Kamil Glik, working for Pedro Pereira and Luis Maximiano.

The Friulani officially purchased Italy Under-21 international left-back Udogie from Hellas Verona in a deal believed to be worth €4m plus bonuses.

It is formally a loan with obligation to buy at the end of the season for the 18-year-old.

According to Sky Sport Italia, they are also close to securing Poland international defender Glik from Benevento.

Glik spent much of his career in Italy with Bari, Palermo, Torino and Benevento.

Tuttomercatoweb note that Udinese are in advanced negotiations with Benfica for Pedro Pereira.

The 23-year-old Portuguese right-back spent last season on loan in Serie A with Crotone, while he also played for Sampdoria and Genoa in recent years.

The search for a goalkeeper also continues after Juan Musso was officially sold to Atalanta.

The primary candidate is now 22-year-old Luis Maximiano of Sporting CP, who is the first choice ahead of Verona’s Marco Silvestri.
