Brandon Soppy will have his Atalanta medical tomorrow, so Udinese look to Arsenal man Hector Bellerin as his replacement.

The deal for 20-year-old Soppy is believed to be worth €9m plus another €1m in performance-related bonuses and he is expected to have his medical tests with La Dea on Thursday.

This departure means that Udinese need to replace the former Rennes talent.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Friulani have turned their focus towards Arsenal and their Spain international Bellerin.

The 27-year-old right-back is only under contract until June 2023, so could be available at a relatively low fee.

He just returned to London after spending last season on loan at Real Betis and there is the possibility he could even terminate his contract by mutual consent, making him a free agent.

Not part of Arsenal’s current plans, he has not participated in any of the Premier League games yet this season.

Bellerin made 239 competitive appearances in the Gunners jersey, scoring nine goals.

Barcelona are also said to be interested, but he would be guaranteed more regular playing time at Udinese.
