Juventus face a very difficult trip to Benjamin Sesko’s RB Leipzig, with Nico Gonzalez, Kenan Yildiz, Teun Koopmeiners and Dusan Vlahovic.
It kicks off at the Red Bull Arena at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
The Bianconeri conceded only one goal in their seven matches this season, during the 3-1 Champions League victory over PSV Eindhoven.
Tim Weah and Arkadiusz Milik are still nursing injuries, so there’s no change to the front four with Nico Gonzalez, Koopmeiners and Yildiz fanning out behind Vlahovic.
Weston McKennie again starts in midfield, with Nicolò Savona returning at right-back and Pierre Kalulu in central defence.
RB Leipzig suffered a narrow 2-1 Champions League stoppage-time defeat away to Atletico Madrid in Matchday 1, having taken the early lead through Sesko.
Kevin Kampl, Assan Ouedraogo and Xaver Schlager are out of action, but there’s no doubting the front two of Lois Openda and Sesko.
Former Napoli midfielder Eljif Elmas is on the bench along with ex-Milan striker Andre Silva.
