Italy look to Sandro Tonali and Lorenzo Lucca for the crucial European Under-21 Championship qualifier against Sweden.

It kicks off in Monza at 16.30 UK time (15.30 GMT).

This is a massive head-to-head for the top of the group, as Sweden are currently leaders with 10 points from four games, while Italy have nine points after three matches.

Behind them, the Republic of Ireland are on seven points from three games.

The Azzurrini are fresh from a victory away to Bosnia, which saw Milan midfielder Tonali inspire with two assists.
