U21: Italy squad for Euro qualifiers

Coach Paolo Nicolato has named his first Italy Under-21 side for European Championship qualifiers against Luxembourg and Montenegro.

The Azzurrini begin the new two-year era on September 3 against Luxembourg at the Stadio Castellani in Empoli, then September 7 at the Stadio Romeo Menti in Vicenza with Montenegro.

There are 10 players receiving their first Under-21 call-ups, including Juventus pair Nicolò Fagioli and Filippo Ranocchia, Atalanta striker Roberto Piccoli and Kelvin Yeboah of Sturm Graz.
