The Italy Under-21 side has lost Basel defender Raoul Petretta to injury, calling Sion player Federico Dimarco instead.
The Azzurrini will play a friendly against Norway on Thursday, then visit Serbia in Novi Sad on March 27.
Petretta will not take part, as he has been diagnosed with a muscular problem and sent home.
Instead, interim Coach Alberico Evani has brought in Sion defender Dimarco.
Inter sold the 20-year-old left-back to the Swiss club for €4m over the summer.
