Siena midfielder Luca Marrone has pulled out of Italy's Under-21 international friendly against England.
The Juventus-owned starlet picked up a thigh injury during Saturday's Serie B game and was examined by the Azzurrini medical staff today.
They confirmed the left thigh twinge and released Marrone to go home. It is not yet clear whether Coach Ciro Ferrara will call up a replacement.
