Federico Chiesa’s agent Fali Ramadani has been hard at work in recent weeks, attempting to find his client a new club, and his efforts recently took him to the UK for talks with two Premier League teams, according to Sunday’s reports.
Chiesa is not in new Juventus coach Thiago Motta’s plans for the upcoming season, and the Italy international was left out of the first team squad for Saturday’s pre-season friendly against Brest.
Motta confirmed during his post-match media duties that the decision was made ‘for transfer reasons’ and that Chiesa and several other Juve players have been told to find new solutions as swiftly as possible.
Two Premier League clubs approached by Chiesa’s agent
A handful of clubs in Serie A, including Napoli and Inter are reportedly keen on getting a low-cost deal for the 26-year-old, but there are still a couple of options abroad, as well.
During Ramadani’s recent trip to the UK, he reportedly spoke to representatives from two London clubs in Chelsea and Tottenham, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Chelsea currently have an Italian in Enzo Maresca at the helm, while Tottenham is now home to two Italy internationals in Destiny Udogie and Guglielmo Vicario.
Tottenham should add Chiesa to there team, he will be an added advantage.
