Milan will be playing for the future of Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic in the next two games, according to reports.

The Serbian replaced Filippo Inzaghi on the bench this summer, but the Rossoneri are five points worse off than at this stage last season.

Following defeat to Inter in last night’s Trofeo Berlusconi, club President Silvio Berlusconi was in no mood to speak, but notably didn’t back the Coach.

“I was disappointed not to win as it's dedicated to the memory of my father,” the patron told reporters after the match.

“We played an ugly game. When you win you can speak, when you lose you stay silent.”

Tuttosport reports that Mihajlovic is facing an ultimatum, and must win the next two games, home matches against Sassuolo and Chievo.

The club hierarchy are thought to be irritated with the tactician after heavy investment this summer, but financial concerns could stay his execution.

The Diavolo are still paying-off their previous two Coaches, Clarence Seedorf and Filippo Inzaghi, so getting rid of Mihajlovic and hiring a new Coach would see four Coaches on the wagebill.
