The Lega Serie A disciplinary commission found that Danilo “grabbed his opponent by the neck with both hands as a result of his excessive celebration”.
The Brazilian has been given a two-game ban for his actions, while Muriel has been given just a one game ban.

Lazio’s Keita Baldé Diao was also sent-off this weekend, receiving two yellow cards against Inter, and he’s been banned or a match and fined €2,000 for a dive.
Senad Lulic of Lazio and Udinese’s Rodrigo De Paul have also been banned for one match for their respective red cards.
Several players have received a one-match ban after picking up one too many yellow cards at the weekend.
Missing the final match of the season will be Juventus full-back Dani Alves, Marcel Buchel and Omar El Kaddouri of Empoli, Lazio’s Wesley Hoedt, Torino playmaker Adem Ljajic, Sampdoria’s Jacopo Sala, Chievo pair Lucas Castro, and Ivan Radovanovic, Marco Sau and Bruno Alves, all of Cagliari.
