A mass brawl broke out in Liverpool last night, with speculation that visiting Atalanta fans were involved.

The Orobici will qualify for the Last 32 of the Europa League if they avoid defeat at Goodison Park tonight, and around 3,500 Italian fans are expected to be in attendance.

However, four arrests were made last night after what the Liverpool Echo describes as “30-40 men” were seen fighting in the Concert Square area of the city.
