Former Juventus and France star David Trezeguet is not concerned by the timing of the World Cup and says Qatar 2022 ‘could be the last chance for Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar.’

The Bianconeri legend does not seem bothered by the timing of Qatar 2022, which will begin on November 20 and end with the Final on December 18.

“It will be played for the first time in November and December,” he said.

“Physically players are going to be on a top level, mentally as well. Everything is ready to go to the end.

“Don’t forget this could be the last competition for Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar. That means it’s going to be a very high level competition in my opinion.”

Trezeguet won the World Cup with France in 1998 and two years later he broke Italy’s dream of winning the Euros by scoring the Golden Goal in a Final against the Azzurri.

He is the most prolific foreign player in the history of Juventus thanks to his 171 goals in 320 appearances.
