Giovanni Trapattoni ‘hasn’t been surprised by Inter’ and thinks they will challenge Roma and Juventus for the title.
The former Azzurri CT praised Nerazzurri Coach Roberto Mancini for building a team he believes are capable of going all the way.
"I haven’t been surprised by Inter,” he said to Tuttosport.
“Of course, few thought they’d have such a fast start, but Mancini has a team with some very interesting elements, that is strong physically and technically.

"I haven’t been surprised by Inter,” he said to Tuttosport.
“Of course, few thought they’d have such a fast start, but Mancini has a team with some very interesting elements, that is strong physically and technically.
“The team is becoming aware of its strength match after match. Our Serie A is difficult and long, but it’s not easy to start like this.
"For me Inter can aim for the top, they are a team with a winning mentality and they’ve reduced the gap to Juventus and Roma.
“This Inter is building something important and can go all the way, but it must be said that our league is one of the few European leagues where no one knows who will win – in Spain, France or Germany they already know who will win the title.
“Here there’s Juventus, who have thick skin and will come back up the table, Roma who are playing well and also Milan, who I don’t dislike.”
