Torino have not given up on Sevilla striker Rafa Mir, but face strong competition from Trabzonspor and Wolfsburg.
The 26-year-old Spanish forward is under contract with Sevilla until June 2027 following his €16m transfer from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
He is expected to leave on loan for the rest of the season with an option to buy, but has several alternatives open to him.
Toro have been pushing hard to convince Mir, who continues to seem unconvinced by the destination.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, and Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Trabzonspor are making a strong effort to secure the striker too.
Another option for his next move is the Bundesliga and VfL Wolfsburg.
Rafa Mir scored three goals and provided one assist in 22 competitive games for Sevilla this season.
He came up through the Valencia youth academy, with experiences also at Wolves, Nottingham Forest, Las Palmas and SD Huesca.
Meanwhile, Torino also hope to do a deal with Real Mallorca to sell Nemnaja Radonjic.
.@TorinoFC_1906, si insiste per Rafa #Mir. Il giocatore deciderà in queste ore tra i granata, il @VfL_Wolfsburg e il #Trabzonspor
