Former Roma captain Francesco Totti was in civil court in Rome today, facing off against his ex-wife Ilary Blasi.
The former forward married the Italian TV presenter in a memorable ceremony in Rome in 2005 and the couple had three children together – Cristian born in 2005, Chanel in 2007 and Isabel in 2016. Blasi announced earlier this year that their 17-year marriage had come to an end, prompting instant rumours and speculation.
As reported by Calciomercato.com, Totti and Blasi were present in civil court in Rome today. Blasi had called for the return of a number of designer handbags and shoes and the 2006 World Cup winner is aiming to get back a number of luxury watches allegedly taken by his now ex-wife.
The first to arrive in court in the early afternoon was Blasi, accompanied by her sister and lawyer Simeone. Shortly afterwards Totti arrived with his lawyer Laura Matteucci. The hearing last for around an hour and 15 minutes and ended with neither of the two making a statement.
