Although Dejan Kulusevski has doubts about his future with Tottenham, the club do not and intend to activate the €35m buy option attached to his loan deal.

The 23-year-old Swedish winger joined Spurs on an 18-month loan deal with a €35m conditional obligation to buy clause attached back in January 2022. He initially shined under Antonio Conte, scoring five goals and providing eight assists in 18 Premier League games, but has struggled to show his best this season.

Kulusevski admitted to the press recently that he was unsure about his future in North London and a number of reports in Italy suggested that the Swede would be returning to Juventus this summer.

As reported by Dan Kilpatrick, Tottenham are now ready to make Kulusevski’s move to North London permanent and are willing to pay Juventus €35m for his signature.

The move will come as a relief for Juventus, allowing them to more accurately plan ahead for the 2023-24 season.
