Juventus remain in talks with Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku, but according to Tuttosport newspaper, Tottenham have also joined the race for the ex-Inter striker.
Lukaku has rejected several offers from the Saudi Pro League and has a principle of agreement with the Old Lady.
However, Chelsea have refused to swap the Belgian with Dusan Vlahovic, adding €40m to the deal. Sky Sport Italia maintains the Bianconeri remain interested in Lukaku and talks with Chelsea are still ongoing.
Thursday’s printed edition of Tuttosport newspaper (page 6) confirms Lukaku is ‘waiting’ for Juventus.
According to the report, however, Tottenham have also shown interest in the 30-year-old striker who spent the last season on loan at Inter and is currently training separately from the rest of the squad at Chelsea.
Al-Hilal continue monitoring Lukaku and could try to persuade him to join the club after the summer transfer window in Europe, given that Saudi sides can sign new players until September 20.
