Inter sources declare Lautaro Martinez is not for sale, and he starts today’s friendly, but it’s reported €90m could sway them from Atletico Madrid, Tottenham or Arsenal.

The striker is in the starting XI for this afternoon’s test match against Parma at the Stadio Tardini, whereas Romelu Lukaku is not even on the bench, getting ready for the €115m transfer to Chelsea.

Because of the Belgian’s imminent exit, Inter have no intention of selling Lautaro Martinez too.

According to Sportitalia, today’s reports of Tottenham offering €70m were actually from before Chelsea began intensive negotiations for Lukaku, so the situation has changed.

Regardless, there is no progress on that front, with suggestions Spurs, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid have never gone above €70m.

However, L’Interista and Calciomercato.com are confident Inter could be swayed if any proposal reached €90m, because Lautaro’s contract is running down and negotiations for an extension are not going well.

Nonetheless, the Argentina international’s agent assured he is “never going to fight with Inter to leave the club. Never. Lautaro is an Inter player and he’s happy in Italy.”

Tottenham manager Nuno Espirito Santo was also asked about the Lautaro reports today, but only insisted he would “only talk about” his own players.

  1. It’s all Daniel Levy BS, he’s either preparing us all for Kane leaving or he’s just making it look like we’re trying to sign the very best. Either way, I’ve heard it all before, seen it all before and don’t believe a word that comes out of that parasites mouth. Levy, ENIC and tight fisted Lewis OUT !!!
