Tottenham and Juventus not interested in swap deal involving McKennie

Although Juventus are open to selling Weston McKennie, they are not interested in swapping the American midfielder with Moussa Sissoko, it’s reported.

The Old Lady is willing to sell McKennie for €25-30m and according to reports in Italy, Aston Villa, Tottenham and Everton are interested in securing the player’s services.

McKennie set for Juventus exit: Everton, Tottenham and Aston Villa interested

A report from Tuttosport had claimed the Bianconeri would consider a swap deal with Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko, but Sky Sport Italia correspondent Fabrizio Romano denies the two clubs are in talks to finalise the deal.

Tottenham director Fabio Paratici remain an admirer of the American midfielder who he signed one year ago from Schalke 04 on an initial loan deal.

Juventus made his move permanent for €18.5m in March, but Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly not convinced by the 22-year-old, so the Bianconeri are now open to selling him for an adequate offer.

The Serie A giants have signed Manuel Locatelli from Sassuolo, but they would welcome one more midfielder if McKennie leaves.
