In being presented to the Spanish media in a joint Press conference, the duo reflected on their new surroundings.

“I have seen many games of Granada’s and what I like is the fans,” exclaimed youngster Torje, who has been nicknamed the Romanian Lionel Messi.

“Messi is the best player. I can only strive and work every day to become a better player myself.”

Meanwhile, Floro Flores was also optimistic of his future in La Liga.

“I really wanted to leave Italy,” the 29-year-old admitted. “That I had not done so before was because I had not received any offers as interesting as that from Granada.

“I hope to score many goals here and show my passion.”

Torje and Floro Flores are the latest in a long line of players to have been loaned from Udinese to Granada, two clubs that are both owned by Giampaolo Pozzo. The Pozzo family has just invested in a third club, English Championship side Watford.
