Coach Giampiero Ventura is proud of his Torino side: 'We have many players under 23 and we're growing'.
The Granata are enjoying their good moment, having just beaten Cesena 4-1 and secured their qualification for the next Coppa Italia round against Juventus.
“We try to play some organised football, bringing together the sport and the financial side, cultivating a few young players,” Ventura told Rai Sport at the end of the game.

“We try to play some organised football, bringing together the sport and the financial side, cultivating a few young players,” Ventura told Rai Sport at the end of the game.
“We started a few years ago from a difficult situation, now we have the image of a serious and professional team that wants to play football. We have a lot of players under the age of 23.
“My players are a little angry because we do quite a bit of work. They want to have a brilliant future.
“We took some great steps forward from this point of view, which my players should be proud of.
“If you have a champion and you make him work a lot tactically, you don't just win the Scudetto, you conquer the world. I mean when you're at the highest levels, of course, not at ours.”
Finally, Ventura was asked about his team's objectives.
“In Turin it's almost impossible to talk about objectives. Let's think about developing the team and cultivating our youth. Here you need to have a little patience.
“Our next game against Roma? It's certainly a match that is absolutely stimulating, but it will also tell us a lot.
“Roma are a wounded team and they'll be coming here with their teeth bare. At the end of the game we'll know if we played as a real team or not, and whether we were hungry enough.”
