The return of Serie A after the international break brings up this intriguing clash and these Torino vs. Inter predictions suggest that the Nerazzurri will continue their fine start to the season.
1 – Inter to win – 4/5
2 – Under 2.5 goals scored – 17/20
3 – Both teams not to score – 19/20
4 – Marcus Thuram to score anytime – 15/8
5 – Inter to win 2-0 – 15/2
Torino have not enjoyed the best start to the season and the international break was probably welcomed by Ivan Jurić as a chance to rest and get ready for the upcoming games. Unfortunately, the first team they will meet is a very impressive Inter this Saturday.
The Granata have struggled in the early months of the campaign and have not won any of their last four Serie A games. With the bottom of the table becoming a little congested, a few wins would be ideal.
But getting anything from this Inter side seems unlikely, with Torino also having problems finding the net. For that reason, a bet on Inter to win to nil is probably a good idea – leaving Jurić to go back to the drawing board once again.
Simone Inzaghi will also probably have been happy for the short break from Serie A action, after his Inter team won just one of its last three league games and began their Champions League campaign as well.
The season had gone well up until then though, with the Nerazzurri winning all of their first five games, including a 5-1 thrashing of city rivals Milan. Lautaro Martinez has been on fire up front, but it is Marcus Thuram who we back to score at any time this weekend. The French international has started well in Italy and has been a threat in every game he has played.
Inter should leave Turin with all three points on Saturday and could well come away with another clean sheet for Yann Sommer as well.

Torino (3-4-2-1): Milinković-Savić; Tameze, Rodriguez, Schuurs; Bellanova, Ilić, Ricci, Lazaro; Sanabria, Vlašić; Zapata
Inter (3-5-2): Sommer; Bastoni, Pavard, Acerbi; Dumfries, Mkhitaryan, Barella, Calhamoglu, Dimarco; Thuram, Martinez
Ivan Jurić will be wary of the attacking talents of the visitors this weekend but could look to strike first to give Torino a chance. That could mean a recall for Antonio Sanabria to the starting line-up in order to give Duván Zapata a hand up front.
Simone Inzaghi will wait to see if all his international players came back from duty uninjured before selecting a starting XI but could rest Davide Frattesi after his Azzurri exploits. Expect a few subs in the second half though, as fatigue inevitably takes its toll.
