Torino midfielder Soualiho Meite has arrived in Portugal to complete his €7m transfer to Benfica.
The player flew in today and is undergoing a medical before signing the contract.
The 27-year-old Franco-Ivorian is expected to pen the deal to June 2025, with an option to extend for another year.
He spent the last six months on loan at Milan, who did not activate their option to make that deal permanent.
Meite has been at Toro since 2018, when leaving AS Monaco for €11.5m.
His previous clubs include Auxerre, Lille, Zulte Waregem and Girondins de Bordeaux.
