So far the Granata patron had been firm on want-away Serbia international Maksimovic, trying to block his transfer to Napoli.
“We are not interested in Juraj Kucka and Daniele Baselli will stay,” Cairo told reporters at an event this evening.

“But yes, Maksimovic can leave. We have to consider that we already invested €20m this summer, signing players who are ready and others who might start from the bench, but who we still believe in.
“Domagoj Vida will not be arriving. The reason is simple, Dinamo Kiev considered him off the market.”
The statement comes at the same time as Calciomercato.com claim Napoli raised their offer to €26m plus bonuses for Maksimovic.
There was a meeting today between agent Fali Ramadani, Torino and Napoli director of sport Cristiano Giuntoli.
