Sanabria currently plays for Real Betis, but spent six months on loan with Genoa last term and Nicola hopes to bring him back to Serie A this winter.
Lerager has played 16 times for Genoa this term, and the Danish midfielder has helped the Rossoblu to 16th after 19 games, four points above Torino, who are just outside of relegation.
