Torino are edging closer to M’Baye Niang by offering €15-16m including bonuses, as the Milan striker refused to join Sampdoria.
Niang has already turned down a far more lucrative transfer to Spartak Moscow and is determined to reunite with former Rossoneri Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic at Torino.
Sampdoria made an approach over the last 24 hours, but the French forward has his heart set on the Granata.
