Riccardo Orsolini impressed with the first two goals, then Nicola Sansone, Kevin Bonifazi, Sydney van Hooijdonk and Stefano Denswil rounded out the scoreline.
Atalanta struggled in their second friendly of pre-season, drawing 1-1 with Israeli club Maccabi Bnei Reina.
They had gone behind to an Amash solo effort, but Ebrima Colley equalised with a delicate lob and also hit the woodwork.
It was played two days after their opening friendly, a 13-0 win over local amateur team Albino Gandino.
