Rafael Leao is the Serie A player with the most contributions in 2022, followed by Ciro Immobile and Victor Osimhen, while Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is the only central midfielder in the top 10.
Leao helped Milan find the net 26 times in Serie A this year, considering goals and assists.
It is no coincidence that he was named best Serie A Player for 2021-22 when Milan won their first Scudetto in 11 years.
Leao is followed by Lazio star Immobile, last season’s Capocannoniere in Italy. The Italy international is also the best scorer in Serie A this year with 20 goals, two more than Osimhen and three more than Inter star Lautaro Martinez.
Lazio’s Milinkovic-Savic is the only central midfielder in the top 10 for the most goal contributions in Serie A in 2022 having left his mark in 21 goals for Maurizio Sarri’s side.
Gerard Deulofeu (Udinese) and Domenico Berardi (Sassuolo) contributed to 19 goals each, one more than Tammy Abraham (Roma), Dusan Vlahovic (Fiorentina and Juventus) and Olivier Giroud (Milan).
