Regardless of who is at the helm, with Max Allegri the likely replacement, the Nerazzurri are continuing their transfer strategy.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter and Brescia have agreed Tonali will move to San Siro on loan with obligation to buy for a total of €35m.

It is suggested Tonali returned early from his summer vacation to sign the five-year contract.

He’ll reunite with fellow Italy international midfielder Nicolò Barella.

The 20-year-old has only one Serie A season under his belt, but already three senior caps for Italy.
