The Brazilian was part of the Dea side who were thrashed 4-0 by Dinamo in September, so what kind of effect did they have on him?
“They have quality players and we like to play the way they do.”
A calling card of Atalanta last season was goals from their defenders, but this has been seldom seen in 2019-20 and Toloi admits it’s something they have to work on.
“Last year we had defenders scoring from corners, but it’s only happened once this season, against Roma.
“We will want to work on this from tomorrow. It gives the attackers a hand if we score.”
Atalanta were leading Juventus 1-0 on Saturday and looked like they were heading for a win, until the Bianconeri scored three times in the final 20 minutes…
“They can hurt you so badly with so little, but we had a great game and this must be a lesson for us.
“Tomorrow we have to play with the same intensity, without leaving chances for the opposition.”
