Marcus Thuram got Inter fans fired up after the 4-2 win over Roma with a comment on Instagram sniping at Romelu Lukaku.

The Frenchman scored one and forced an Angeliño own goal in the comeback victory at the Stadio Olimpico.

There was the opportunity to make it 3-3 when Lukaku went clear on the counter, but was denied one-on-one by Yann Sommer when he tried to dribble around the goalkeeper.

The image of Sommer fingertipping the ball off Lukaku’s foot was used by the official Inter Instagram account with the caption: “NOT IN MY HOUSE.”

This has a double meaning, because of course the Stadio Olimpico is not Inter’s home at all, but also Lukaku is no longer part of Inter’s squad after walking away from the negotiations with Chelsea last summer.

“You know full well what you are doing, admin,” wrote Thuram with two smiling emojis.

This prompted hundreds of replies from Inter supporters praising Thuram for understanding the jibe at Lukaku and fully enjoying it, especially as ‘Tikus’ replaced Big Rom in the side.
