Three Paris Saint-Germain players have reportedly been offered to Napoli as part of a player-plus-cash deal for Partenopei talisman Victor Osimhen, according to updates on Monday night.

Osimhen is currently in training with Napoli at their pre-season camp in Dimaro, although he trained individually in the gym on Monday due to muscular fatigue.

He renegotiated his contract with Napoli just before Christmas in 2023, but the new deal includes a €130m release clause, which can be triggered this summer.

Lots of Napoli’s future moves in the transfer market depends on Osimhen and whether he does leave the Stadio Maradona this summer, however, there have not been a massive number of clubs queuing up for his signature.

PSG, who are on the lookout for a Kylian Mbappe replacement, remains the most likely destination, despite previous links to Chelsea and Manchester United. Some clubs in Saudi Arabia are also still interested, according to recent reports.

Which players PSG could offer Napoli

Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, was in Paris on Monday to discuss the possibility of a move to the Parc des Princes.

According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, PSG representatives informed Calenda that they would ideally like to include one of their own players in a player-plus-cash offer for Osimhen.

The names that were mentioned include former Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler, ex-RB Leipzig full-back Nordi Mukiele and attacker Lee Kang-in.

Napoli are currently only and vaguely interested in the former, Lee, according to Di Marzio’s latest updates.
