Former Lazio striker Pandev was sent off for elbowing Biancocelesti defender Muaricio in the face during their 2-0 defeat at the Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday.
The Macedonia international has been handed a three-match suspension while teammate Cissokho, who was also sent off in the clash, will only sit out one round.
